Managing Personalized Templates

As part of the RBC Loan Officer Template Program, we created the interface for the back-end that allows the loan officers to setup and manage their personalized websites.

We kept a simple, step-by-step approach that walked the loan officer through the initial setup yet allowed them to return later to make changes. We also created a downloadable guidebook they could refer to offline.

Maintenance Interface – We created the maintenance content and interface for use by RBC's internal web development team in building the maintenance system for the loan officer websites.

Printed Guidelines – We also created a printed and PDFed book of guidelines for offline assistance.
