what we do:
Processes
Our processes
have been fine-tuned over 50 years of collective and varied
experience. We have team members who have been immersed
in formal graphic design processes and certification through
the Project Management Institute.
All projects follow a similar general framework
with specifics and skills that are geared toward the specific
project at hand:
Step 1: Research We begin all
projects by gaining a complete understanding of the perceived
goals, uncover the hidden goals, define the project scope,
and create the project plan.
Step 2: Design — This is where
we merge form and function based on your goals and objectives.
We believe that the strongest solutions are a perfect partnership
between the two. In fact, we've often thought that just
perhaps, form and function are one and the same.
Step 3: Production — Our designers
and programmers use best practices within their industries
to implement and direct projects ranging from print to interactive.
Step 4: Launch — Our launch process
for interactive projects starts with a documented testing
phase, migration to a production environment and includes
post launch testing. Our launch process for analog projects
is similar but is referred to as pre-press proofing, printing,
binding and construction, and press checks.
Step 5: Follow-up — We don't
leave you high and dry after delivery. If you need training
to use a new system, maintain the system, or document production
components, we offer solutions tailored to you.
